Perdue Farms released its Fiscal Year 2026 (FY26) Company Stewardship Report, highlighting how the company's longstanding principles continue to guide its approach to innovation, responsible agriculture, associate well-being and community impact.
Centered on Perdue's core values of quality, integrity, teamwork and stewardship, the report highlights progress across product innovation, animal care, agricultural sustainability, associate well-being and community impact during the past fiscal year. Highlights include elevating the Perdue brand and its product offerings to meet consumer preferences, as well as promoting sustainable farming concepts such as regenerative agriculture and on-farm solar energy.
"For four generations, our family has believed that how we conduct our business matters just as much as what we produce," said Jim Perdue, chairman of Perdue Farms. "Quality, integrity, teamwork and stewardship have shaped our company for generations and continue to define the way we serve our associates, farm partners, customers and communities. It's gratifying to see those principles reflected in the work our teams are doing every day."
Those enduring principles are reflected throughout the report — from product innovation and agricultural stewardship to associate well-being and community investment. "One of Perdue's greatest strengths is our ability to evolve while staying true to who we are," said Kevin McAdams, chief executive officer of Perdue Farms. "Whether we're introducing products that meet changing consumer preferences, advancing more sustainable farming practices or investing in our associates, we're focused on building for the future while remaining grounded in the principles that have always guided our company."
In FY26, Perdue Foods advanced brand and product innovation with refreshed branding and more sustainable packaging. The company introduced a refreshed "wingtag" logo, rolled out updated packaging across its portfolio with clearer product information and improved shelf visibility, launched recyclable trays across its fresh chicken portfolio and debuted its first sonic logo to create a more connected consumer experience across stores, screens and emerging digital platforms.
Perdue also continued its commitment to environmental stewardship by supporting partner poultry and hog farmers, beef ranchers and grain farmers as they adopt regenerative farming practices. Perdue provides acre payments and technical agronomy assistance for grain farmers who adopt sustainable practices. And with the introduction of Perdue's new Earth Smart farming app, growers can document practices related to soil health, biodiversity, nutrient management and water conservation. Developed in partnership with farmers, the user-friendly platform simplifies the collection and sharing of field-level data for sustainability and carbon tracking.
Additional FY26 highlights include:
Perdue Farms was ranked among Time's List of the World's Best Companies and Newsweek's Most Trusted Brands for 2025.
